Guiyang City Fire Fire Services Management Information Systems Research And Design

The article has designed the management information systems of the fire statistics and disaster analysis about Guiyang. The fire has great devastation. It not only destructs the material wealth, kills human lives, destroys the balance of ecology, but also influences social impact. According to statistics, each year of the world occurs about 6-7 millions fires, about 60-70 thousand persons were killed in the fire. So, it's important to research and develop the methods and techniques about fire prevention, fire control and fire deal.The fire Management system and disaster analysis are important parts of fire management. Since the 1990s, our country has been engaged in the methods of the fire statistics and disaster analysis that has been established an analysis system which has four norms: the number of fires, the number of fire deaths, the number of people injured in the fire and direct property loss. In order to improve fire management, Guiyang government started to establish a fire information management system in 2007.In this paper, we establish a model of computer application system by statistical analysis the number of fires, the number of fire deaths, the number of people injured in the fire and direct property loss of the fire which occurs in Guiyang in recent years. The system is developed under the Windows XP Professional operating system. It's used B/S mode and popular ASP network technology. At the same time, we use many software tools such as Dreamweaver, Oracle9i database and Fireworks.The main functions of the system include fire statistics of the fire situation, online download the software of disaster analysis, data management and maintenance, the inquiry of national zip code, personal e-mail, scheduling and so on. Eventually, it forms a simple fire Management system and disaster analysis system which can run on network environment. Furthermore, the design of most management systems takes little consideration about the security of the whole system, this system adopt the technique of data backup for recovery after disaster.
