In this era of information technology development, how to use computer to deal with all kinds of network information has become the key to catch up with the trend of the times. Fire is a natural phenomenon, and most of the fire is a social phenomenon, the cause of the fire, although there are natural factors, such as lightning, material, such as spontaneous combustion, but mainly due to human factors. There are many reasons to cause the fire, but no matter which one reason, it is closely related with people’s thought. Dongguan City Public Security Bureau as a guardian of the life and property of the people of Dongguan, how to design a perfect fire monitoring and management system is essential.The main contents of this thesis are as following:the background and current situation of the research, the present situation of the development of the system, the research theory and the technology used in the development of this system are described, and the architecture of the system is introduced. Detailed requirements analysis of the system, including business needs analysis, functional requirements analysis, data analysis. Focus and detail, the realization of each sub module in the system, the system design and function module design, the main system management, fire equipment management, monitoring and inspection management, real-time monitoring, fire disaster automatic alarm management, basic information management, fire archives management and other functional modules. In the function module design of the system, the function structure package diagram and class diagram are given, and the contents of this thesis are described in detail. In the design of the database, the main use of entity class diagram, database table structure to carry out the detailed design, summed up the inadequacies of this design, as well as the future work of the.
