The Design And Implementation Of Important Fire-control Units Management System For Weicbeng District

Nowadays, with the rapid and sustained development of socio-economic, the factors which cause disasters increase. Since in recent years, some provinces and cities occurred disastrous fire accidents,which brought great loss as well as made us think more, greatly damaged people’s life and property safety, impacted social stability and harmony directly, fire fighting becomes more and more important. With the development of computer technology, computers are widely used in all areas of society, and become a developing trend in the use of computer systems to manage fire prevention unit. In order to prevent fire, to strengthen the management of the social unit, to improve the level of fire fighting and control of the whole society, we propose to establish a fire safety management system in the key company in Weicheng district.This paper mainly responsible for requirement analysis, system design and realization process of the fire safety management system. Firstly, we carry on needs investigation in every key company of fire prevention of Weicheng district. Getting requirement elicitation on its fire job requirements and the working processes, then obtaining the content of analysis as well as determining the functions and the corresponding realization of the system. We use the idea of hierarchical design, and divide the system into three layers, base layer, an intermediate layer, and the high-level, which is used to make function design and design the relational database. Finally, we complete the whole system development work by adopting requirement analysis and system design, using related technologies also play an important part in finishing the system. This paper designs and realizes key companies of fire safety management system by using B/S architecture, JSP technology (foreground) and SQLServer2005database (background).The main users of the system are the government departments who are in charge of the fire safety in Weicheng district. They can manage key fire-safety companies through this system simple and efficiently, even the key department of every company. In order to record information of all the previous fires, we should create files to regulate company’s operating procedures and management systems. Fire prevention is the main work of the fire fighting, the companies should check equipments that were not frequently used regularly, such as smoke facilities, fire extinguisher, automatic fire alarm system and so on, in this way can companies avoid preventing aging equipment and failing in fire fighting work. But the core of fire control work is person. We should set up different roles to manage fire accident overall. It mainly includes responsible persons for fire control at all levels, professional fire brigade, firefighters’list and key trades personnel. Different roles have different tasks; responsible people in different levels have the responsibilities to manage their own safety work in their jurisdictions. It will enhance leader’s vigilance when we apply the way of "specific to individual", then the leaders will regard the fire-control work as an important work to do.Information that the fire fighting system provided well meets the needs of fire fighters, which has important meaning for improving government’s fire service management. Because of timely information, rich in content, practical, beautiful user’s interface, the system is highly praised by the fire institutions and social fire industry in Weicheng district.
