| IN the early 1990s,along with the pace of China's media industry, market-oriented,urban paper was born after the population of the weekend newspaper and the evening newspaper. Urban paper's main content was readable social news,it stand out from the crowd of newspaper and changed the Press pattern of china. After then,the urban paper experienced the golden development of ten years.But in this years,the problem was emerged. For example,The vulgarization of the content,the similarity of different paper,the plain of the content and so on.The issues are incongruity to the Reform and opening up and new situation of China.This article is based on the background,sorts the definition and development process of urban paper and the political news,and try to reveal the inter drive of news reform by the theory of agenda-setting,uses and gratifications,social responsibility. This article come up with the differentiation strategy for survival,approach the solution of current plight,and to enhance the competitiveness of urban paper.This paper divided into three chapters.The first chapter introduces the mainstreaming of urban paper,the plight they faced; The second chapter describes the definition and features of political news, and in the progress of mainstreaming,the traits and problems of the political news; The third chapter mainly discusses the reform and innovation of political news,proposed the differential survival. |
