Adaptation Of Bpr Integrated Manufacturing Management Control System

Good manufacturing management and control in manufacturing enterprises is an important signs of advanced production techniques. Though many large manufacturing enterprises are aware of the importance of enterprise informationization, there is not satisfied results. Most of them still have some bad problems, such as large gap between enterprise planning and situation in workshop, invalidation of information system when operation flow changed, etc.Aiming at the difficulties manufacturing enterprise face on manufacturing management and control, this paper firstly researches the integrated manufacturing management and control system which combines ERP with MES. This system includes the advantages of ERP and MES together, eliminates the information'gap'between enterprise planning and workshop, and achieves overall integration of planning flow, control flow, quality flow and process information flow effectively. Then, this paper studies the method to achieve the adaptability of BPR in the proposed system, in order to make the proposed system to have the flexibility of opening, self-organization, self-adaptation and reengineerible for the proposed system, and to make sure the improvement of the manufacturing management and control system. Finally, based on J2EE (Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition) framework, use JSP/javaBean/Applet/Servlet/JMS and Oracle database to develop the system. This system is run well in Dongfang Steam Turbine CO., LTD.
