This research problem comprises the process control system (PCS) and the thermoelectric power plant the production management system (SIS), the enterprise resource plan system (ERP).Author mostly answers for the layout and buildup of whole item project. This problem is a research process and that carry into execution the process of the management-control one systems engineering for jinan mingshui thermoelectric power plant. This problem give prominence to settle two key technical difficult problems namely the expert control system for the implement product line optimize control and the dynamic data connect system for the production management. At the same time, conclude sum up the organizing administrators to actualize software engineering. These are three bright points for the problem.
