As the network of manufacturing resources, manufacturing and the globalization of product markets, network manufacturing system is characterized by the rapid reorganization of the structure, performance, fast response, the process of parallelism and manufacturing resources are distributed. With the development of information technology in the manufacturing process, the formation of a variety of heterogeneous information systems, making the system difficult to achieve interconnection between enterprises, which has become to achieve a network-based Manufacturing Resource Sharing manufacturing one of the main bottlenecks. With the support of the National 863 Plan Project, The Resource Management System for Manufacturing based on E-HUB (The e-Engineering enabled by Holonomic and Universal Broker services) (2006AA04Z130), the researches on the integration of manufacturing resource management systems in China enterprises are carried out:In this thesis, I propose the background of heterogeneous systems integration, the application status, and the development trend of system integration. The market background attributing to the three basic models in network manufacturing is analyzed, pointing out that enterprises integrate heterogeneous systems is needed; then the Related technology of heterogeneous system integration is summarized and analyzed, Research supports the open standards of the enterprise integration technology, and support the realization of information exchange and business collaboration between heterogeneous systems.based on standard system of E-HUB and integrated structure of SOA research, service-oriented model of E-HUB model is proposed, And the basic working principle for the framework is introduced in detail.Moreover, the objective will propose the availability service among the manufacturing enterprise resource management under the network manufacturing environment. The whole system of manufacturing resource management solutions are proposed based on E-HUB mode. Theories and methods are researched, research support open standards (RosettaNet, XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, SAML, EDI, etc.) and manufacturing resource management system to support information exchange between heterogeneous systems and business collaboration.The thesis presents the key technologies which include:resource management for collaborative business modeling of manufacturing technology, heterogeneous systems interface technology and implementation framework, shared manufacturing resources modeling, shared manufacturing resources evaluation index system and evaluation of algorithms. Research in key technologies developed on the basis of a model based on E-HUB prototype manufacturing resource management. Research will good for the enterprise, between enterprises and interoperability between users, data sharing and interactive services to provide effective support. The main contents include:(1) Reviewed the research status, analysis of the current enterprise information development and business model of the characteristics and shortcomings in the proposed thesis research content and ideas;(2) Based on open literature E-commerce standards and Internet technology information platform, analysis of RosettaNet standards and E-HUB integration strategy mode. Effective reuse and sharing of distributed heterogeneous systems of all existing manufacturing resources.(3) Design and implementation of the E-HUB system model, model based on E-HUB shared resource model, based on the quality of manufacturing resource service selection, service selection based on genetic algorithm optimization was studied.(4) Design the security policy in manufacturing resource management system based on E-HUB. On the exchange of enterprise data network environment and network intrusion detection security technologies conducted in-depth analysis.(5) Study the evaluation on manufacturing resources based on fuzzy AHP. It be puted forward mathematical model of supply chain management after the analysis of the constraints in manufacturing resources based on E-HUB, and improved evaluation and optimization of manufacturing resources.(6) The integration of manufacturing resource management system used in some of the design study of SMEs, for the construction of enterprise information and integration of multiple heterogeneous information systems to provide a more comprehensive reference. The research of manufacturing resource management system integration design applied to some small and medium enterprise. It provides a more comprehensive reference for information construction and integration of multiple heterogeneous information systems.Through the above research and development to improve the traditional manufacturing resource optimization, and made some new E-HUB system architecture model for enterprises, between enterprises and users interoperability, data sharing and interactive services to provide effective support related fields for resource sharing and reference services research ideas.
