| The integration of informatization and industrialization originated from the argument of "informatization to create industrialization and industrialization to enhance informatization" of the 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Later,the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China redefined it as "enhancing the integration of informatization and industrialization and taking a new road to industrialization" according to the stage of development of our country.Under the influence of the “manufacturing return”policy proposed by developed countries in Europe and the United States,China has continuously deepened the integration of a new generation of information technology and a new generation of manufacturing technology to realize the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.However,from the perspective of various sub-indices in China,Chinese manufacturing enterprises are still large but not strong,and there is still a large gap between "quality and efficiency","core competitiveness",and "sustainable development" with developed countries.The road to high-quality transformation and development has a long way to go.In recent years,in the construction of the integration of informatization and industrialization,China has emphasized continuously improving the innovation capability and manufacturing efficiency of the manufacturing industry,reducing production costs,and taking the road of sustainable,low-carbon and green manufacturing.At the same time,the rapid development of information technology and the complexity of the manufacturing environment have brought profound changes to the integration of informatization and industrialization in manufacturing enterprises.Continuous integration,deep integration and system advancement have become major decisions that enterprises must face in the integration of informatization and industrialization.The real-time dynamic analysis of the integration process and the chaos control method behind it are the basis for scientific decision-making.Therefore,this paper combs the existing literature on the integration of informatization and industrialization,improves the system research methods,combines with specific business practices,and deeply explores the dynamic characteristics,evolution path and other evolution mechanisms and methods of chaos control during the integration of informatization and industrialization,and further integrates sustainable and low carbonization.In line with the trend of green development,improve the government’s social welfare,and provide relevant enlightenment and suggestions for the formulation,adjustment,and implementation of strategic policies of manufacturing enterprises and the government.The main research work and content of this paper are as follows:1.As the foundation and core of the integration of informatization and industrialization,technology integration is the decisive factor for manufacturing enterprises to achieve key breakthroughs.From the perspective of key breakthroughs,considering the influence of multi-stage continuous fusion,a two-dimensional technology integration model is established using technical efficiency and convergence parameters to study the dynamic characteristics of the technology integration process and the problem of chaos control strategies.Using fixed point theory and bifurcation theory,the stability of each stage is analyzed,and the dynamic characteristics of different technology integration stages are given.Then,according to the stability theorem,the chaos control strategy of the technology integration process is given.The research results show that:(1)According to the feature analysis of technology integration,the technology integration process can be divided into three different stages,and the main characteristics of each stage as the order parameter of this stage can better reveal the development trajectory of technology integration.(2)The power of technological integration is caused by the competition between the driving force and the dissipative force in the process of technological integration.(3)The dynamics of the technological integration process may cause technological integration to fall into chaos.(4)By reasonably changing the relationship between driving force and dissipation force,the process of technological integration can be kept stable.The main contributions are twofold: One is to establish a mathematical model of a two-dimensional technology integration system with technical efficiency and convergence parameters,which can determine the development trajectory of technology integration.The second is to reveal the dynamics of the evolution process through the analysis of the stability of the established system and propose methods to improve the stability of technological integration under external interference.Through the application of dynamic development scenarios of manufacturing technology and information technology,a novel technology integration analysis method is proposed to have strong stability under external interference.2.From the perspective of the strategy of the integration of informatization and industrialization,considering the multi-dimensional advancement process of technology integration,business integration and product integration,how can manufacturing enterprises coordinate the three dimensions of integration of the integration of informatization and industrialization to realize the intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises.This paper establishes the evolution model of the interaction between the three in the process of enterprise integration.The parameters of the model are identified through BP neural network theory,and then the model is analyzed based on system stability theory and chaos theory.It is pointed out that the integration of informatization and industrialization means that the enterprise breaks the original stable structure and establishes a new stable structure through chaos.Finally,combined with the stability theory,the enterprise chaos management method is given.The simulation analysis results show that the integration of informatization and industrialization is a dynamic process.The dynamic model established in this paper can explain the interaction relationship of different dimensions,dynamic characteristics,and the generation mechanism of chaos.The designed chaos control method can help enterprises formulate macro investment strategies and adjust their business needs and technological innovation models.The main contribution of this paper found that the integration of informatization and industrialization is a process from steady state-chaos-new steady state.If a enterprise wants to achieve corporate reform and innovation through the integration of informatization and industrialization,it must change its investment strategy and adjust its business model.Some corporate technology,management,and product development strategies enable enterprises to break the original stable structure and enter a new development model,and then adjust investment,technological innovation,and business models to enable enterprises to achieve stable development in the new development model.3.From the perspective of the implementation of the integration strategy of the integration of informatization and industrialization,considering the factors of investment,technology introduction and innovation and financial subsidies,this paper establishes Stackberg game model and investment and technology introduction and innovation-induced dynamic evolution model of the integration of informatization and industrialization.This paper first uses the Stackberg game model to give the government’s financial subsidy strategy,and the manufacturing enterprise sets the goal of the integration of informatization and industrialization based on the financial subsidy.Then study how to use investment and technology introduction and innovation to develop the integration of informatization and industrialization to achieve the goal of the integration.In the process of the integration of informatization and industrialization,the integration model of technology introduction and innovation,enterprise investment and product quality were established mainly from the perspective of quality management.The stability theory was used to dynamically analyze the integration process of the integration of informatization and industrialization,the largest Lyapunov index method was used to identify the chaos of the integration of informatization and industrialization,and the designed linear controller is used to manage and control the chaos of the integration of informatization and industrialization so as to develop in the direction expected by the enterprise.The simulation analysis results show that by changing investment and technology introduction and innovation strategies,enterprises can make the integration of informatization and industrialization from a stable state to a chaotic state and then to a new stable state.The transformation of different states needs to be realized through chaos.This study reveals the dynamic characteristics and chaotic mechanism of the process of the integration of informatization and industrialization in manufacturing enterprises,shows the impact of chaos on the management of manufacturing enterprises,and helps enterprises understand how to use and control chaos in the process of the integration of informatization and industrialization. |
