Sichuan Vocational And Technical College Freshmen Report Management Information Platform Architecture Design

As the process of information management in university has made enormous progress, almost all colleges'management has entered the digital age. The method is used to not only arrange curricula, curricula-variable and achievement but also student record management. In recent years, there is great difference in vocational and technical between enrollment and registration students. The rate of students who have been admitted to enroll is about 70-80%, at the same time, there are not yet enrolled students have been waiting additional recording, and some have been studying with general college students before amended record.In program design, adopting encapsulation, inheritance, abstract methods thus can greatly increase the efficiency of software development. Thus great improve the efficiency of the software development. Based on the application WEB development, tools are mainly ASP.NET and JSP or J2EE. Our development team uses ASP.NET 2.0 and Visual Stdio .NET 2005 as the research tools. On the basis of the framework of .NET FrameWork 2.0, MS SQL Server 2005 has these advantages such as: programmability, high security, powerful asynchronous processing, supported directly access to the data by HTTP SOAP protocol and so on. Choosing SQL 2005 as back-end database services fully qualify for the current data processing capabilities. With the application time over, increasing the amount of data adopts increasing the database server, distributing the great number labels to suit application requirements.The main purpose of this paper focus on solving the problem of the great difference in numbers between enrollment and practical registration students as well as the more complex level and type of the charges standard complexity in practices. Obtained data from the library of enrollment admission, thus has been realized the automatic conversion and adjustment functions, achieved a series of functions such as: enrollment, charging for school, registration, grouping into classes, accommodation and so on. At last this system realized implement with existing teaching management system (Sichuan Vocational and Technical College educational administration online). These two systems can read share the data each other and achieve effective management of the information of new college students who are complex level and various nature in order to provide more convenient services for students and some good suggestions in management and decision-making for college leadership in enrollment, fees, registration, the arrangements and condition of students'dormitory.This paper elaborated the development methods, the design of the system platform framework, the division and the functional description of subsystem as well as the analysis, designing and implementation of different subsystem. In the first part of the paper show the source and basis; the second part described the analysis and design of object-oriented and elaborated the development tools, data storage and multi-layer structure; the third part explained the function designing of the system in detail; the fourth part elaborated the types of the system and the data and data table; finally, analyzed the deficiencies of the system.
