Xinjiang Bayan College Freshmen Report The Design And Realization Of The System

As the university advances the process of information management, the management of almost all institutions of higher education has entered the digital age. Among them, most are for the management of student administration such as teaching assignment management, student enrollment, student performance management. In recent years, vocational colleges varied widely in the number of reported enrollment and the number of registered students. The registered rate of admitted students is around 70-80 percent in most cases, yet there are a number of students who have not been admitted waiting for makeup admission, and some of them even sit in the classroom to study the courses during their waiting for school's makeup admission.In this paper,the system achive the admitted data from the database .It realizes the function of automatic switching and adjusting ,based on the reality that the difference between the number of admitted students and the actual number of reported students in the higher vocational school is critical, and the complexity for the different leval of school and fee scale.The system realizes a serise of funcitons such as admiting,charging,registering,dividing class and so on.It also realizes the abutting joint with the exiting teaching management system,reading and sharing the data each other in the two system.The ultimate goal is to manage the information of new students,which has complexed leval and varied nature. So that it can provide convenient service for the students and the managment decision for the school leaders while they recruiting students,charging,registering,and arranging the dormitory.The system has evaluated the teacher's teaching objectively and promoted the quality and mode of teaching .So it provides a powerful conditions for the school grasping the teaching situation on the whole.Computer system can be quite helpful to school service by improving the efficiency of the evaluation of school on teachers and meeting the requirements of the school. In addition to that, this system has a good potential in application, which may be considered for the use in teaching assesment in other schools.
