Progressively computer science and network technique being widely used in your work and the development of modern educational technology have come to light the shortcomings of manual buildup for a test paper and manual marking examination papers. By taking advantage of compute and network technology, how to achieve efficiently the separations of test from teaching in colleges and universities is a new challenging project in reform in education.Based on the inspection and analysis of characteristics and the developing situation for vocational and technical colleges teaching management and the examination management, this paper puts forward some basic demand of development & construction and some new design idea for test-exam database management system, furthermore we have carry out many research. Aiming at the above circumstance, presents a practical method to implement a test-exam database management system based on software engineering, according to the software process such as analyze the need, essentials design, detailed design, program, test, etc.Adopt Asp.Net programming language and use the DBMS of Ms SQL Server 2005 to design the test-exam database management system. It is based upon Browser/Server and contains merits of inputting, editing, querying modifying and forming examination paper automatically. This system helps no paper examination be realized.
