Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd was set up by reorganizing6companies,approved by the Shandong provincial party committee and provincial government.The6companies are Xinwen Mining Group Co., Ltd, Zaozhuang Mining Group Co.,Ltd, Zibo Mining Group Co., Ltd, Feicheng Mining Group Co., Ltd, Linyi MiningGroup Co., Ltd, and Longkou Mining Group Co., Ltd.After the formation of Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd, there exited someproblems. Because of the different financial report management systems of the6companies, the statement forms and the details were different. And the financialreports, instead of being automatically generated, they were artificially filled. Thisresulted in the inaccuracy of the reports and the difficulty for the head office tosummarize and analyze the information. However the abolition of the old reportsystems and reconstruction was not a wise choice.
