Large industrial furnace temperature control system is a multiple-input multiple-output, strong coupling, large delay, nonlinear and time-varying. The modeling of the system is a difficult problem in control field, for the model varies with temperature. Currently, manual control is mainly adopted in large-scale industrial furnace. Manual control possess its own good and obvious drawbacks. Manual control process depends on the workers to observe whether the size of the current furnace temperature reaches the desired temperature, and then to determine whether to heat or not. Actually this wastes much production cost, and the control effect results in wavering, thus there is no quality assurance. This paper considers seeking the approach to handle this kind of the complicated system with many uncertainties, Using the simulated intelligent control algorithm as the main basis for supporting other coordination algorithms, this system can take the place of the operators to the completion of observation error, the ideal target for comparison, and the complex process of actions to achieve the desired control.This article focuses on a single chip to control the heating algorithm design, especially when the chip appears uncertain, time-varying and the disturbance response plan under. It minutely discusses the way to set the PD control parameters so that when the heating temperature can be well expected to follow the ideal value. It also designs thermocouples coordination, and adaptive adjustment of between thermocouple, so that the workpiece can be heated evenly, and thus improves product quality. It presents several improved technologies of some expectations. Finally, it is useful to note that MATLAB simulations are designed and the codes are written based on VC in this paper. The design has been debugging, which shows the effectiveness of the algorithm.
