ABSTRACT:It's hard to measure the interaction between high-speed railway and socio-economic using a single simulation method because of its Complexity. Synthetic evaluation and simulation theories greatly enhance the effectiveness of simulation. Simulation by hand has a low efficiency, poor accuracy. The results of the simulation are neither conducive to horizontal comparative analysis nor reusable. Simulation and analysis of high speed railway and the socio-economic has the Features of multi-indicators, massive data calculation, methods uncertainties, and frequent model reuse. The introduction of intelligent decision support theory, research process-oriented and synthetic evaluation methods, which makes the simulation systematic, automatically hand intelligent, can simplify the modeling process, and improve the effectiveness of simulation results.This article started with project and its research background, summarized the system Integration, synthetic evaluation and intelligent decision support theories; Detailed studied the features and application of the intelligent decision support system theory. It analyzed the research contents of the relationships between high-speed railway and socio-economic, then made them formal. It also detailed structured the research methods and procedures and makes them good processes. Due to the pioneering of this projects and research, the simulation had the features of demands uncertainty, poor levels of automation and knowledge, also highly interactivity. Based on the simulation process and the theory of intelligent decision support system, this article analyzed and designed the multi-level integration issues thoroughly, including data, model, simulation procedure, software systems.During the system integration parts, it summarized the characteristics of existing basic framework and points out its insufficient in dealing with procedural issues, then detailed analyzed the hierarchy system framework; From the perspective of data integration and ease, it researched the transformation from Statistical Yearbook to a relational database; The article also used an object-oriented method to do the model base analysis and designing work since the insufficient for the traditional model base methods, and focused on the combination, management and expression of the model. Proceeding from the theory of intelligent decision support, the article also researched the knowledge management and access management behind the hierarchy model. The knowledge of the classification, extraction, actualization of recessive information processing and storage, such as the process, knowledge of simulation model and simulation results of knowledge of storage management were also involved.
