Insert subtitle advertisement information into TV programme is effective form for Radio and television sector to publish the information and advertising. Subtitle there are two ways to implement. First one, subtitle information and source program to compose a shape. The virtue of this mode is user can play out direct. The shortcomings of the mode are the synthesis of the title for the program source have been modified, and only the binding of the source program and the subtitles synthesis. The second, title and the program source are separated.The second one, subtitle and program source are separated, user only use STB to show the subtitle information. In this mode subtitle based on protocol form a TS stream send to STB, STB receive and parse the stream then show subtitle information on TV. The virtues of the mode are the program source could not be modified, the internship of subtitle and program source is separated, and manager could edit the subtitle content by visit the web. The shortcoming is user must use STB that can watch the subtitle information. This article uses the second type to achieve subtitle. Because the terminal date analysis and show by STB support company so my task are achieve the edit, product and transport for subtitle TS stream. The article main include four parts: 1, In accordance with practical needs back on the formulation and designs based on standard protocols mpeg2 title for stream create and STB parse.2, SubTitle edit and manage system. The system uses BS model for many regions to capture an on-line users to edit and management .3, Xml generating systems. the system through WebService interfaces to achieve data transport from subtitle edit system to TS stream generate system , the current web application to invoke WebService certain areas of the information generated for the xml document title, the server process is direct access to and parse the xml files.4,Subtitle TS stream generate and play system. the system read and parse the xml document of subtitle information then according protocol write the subtitle information to TS stream, and then use ASI card driver to push TS stream. After the research the targets will include 1, multi-user remote control subtitle editing and production. 2, subtitle stream with the programming source to achieve multiplexing and subtitles push. 3 users in different areas see different subtitles information. 4, to achieve multi-channel broadcast subtitles. This paper mainly deals with the MPEG2 standard, ADO.NET database connections, WebService, software development model (Software Development Model) and other related aspects have made in detail. As this issue is a project type issue, so we simulated the network by building a research on this subject was tested. This article is also related to the content of the test described.
