MPEG2,H.264 and AVS are the most prevalent, popular and self-creative video compressing standard, respectively. The compressing effect of MPEG2 is not as good as H.264 and AVS, but its prevalent and cheap. Comparing with MPEG2, H.264 uses more advanced techniques and can improve the coding efficiency and quality greatly, and it is also very popular in the world. AVS is proposed by our country and its compessing effect is as good as H.264. It also has a splendid future.So, it is necessary to develop a decoder that can decode MPEG2,H.264 and AVS.
