| With the convergence of mobile communication and mobile computing technologies,mobile technology provides means to deal with the mobility of government itself and will help to provide universal service and management.For the Industry and Commerce Bureau of Cangzhou, the existing fixed IT systems can not be remote access,which doesn't meet the needs of real-time supervisory work and seriously constrains the work of Industry and Commerce Bureau.The current inspection of Industry and Commerce Bureau is basically manual work, it takes a long time to feed back the inspection results with low efficiency. Therefore, there is an urgent need to build mobile business inspection system,enables Industry and Commerce Bureau staff use the PDA or smart phones and other mobile devices for real-time work to meet the inspection work mobility, on-site and timeliness requirements.First of all,the status and issues of Industry and Commerce Bureau inspection work are analyzed,and making sure the necessity of Mobile Inspection System development by.NET techonology.On this basis, the user's business requirements are analyzed, the functions and core process of Mobile Inpsection System are specified.Then the architectural structure of the system is developed by the modular designing method.And the key subsystems,such as inspection management platform and economic account management platform are designed and implemented in detail. Meanwhile,the inspection management and database security accessing are discussed with emphasis.Finally, the application of.NET technology in Mobile Inspection System is summarized. |
