The mobile e-government Office Automation(OA)is a kind of office automation technology by wireless communication technology and mobile intelligent terminal in mobile environment,which overcomes the disadvantages of traditional e-government OA limited by time,location and equipment,then the staff executive cadre can arrange work,deal with emergency service whenever and wherever possible.Android system is the most widely used platform for mobile intelligent terminal.Therefore,it is very important and practical to design and implement the mobile e-government OA client based on Android system.This thesis puts forward the research subject of design and implementation of Android mobile e-government OA client.Based on the abundant demand research of executive mobile government office,and the study of Android application software development.Completed the demand analysis,overall design,system design,coding,testing,and other aspects of the mobile e-government OA client.Firstly,the Android application development environment is built;Then,according to the demand of mobile e-government OA,analyzes the government main business process,such as documents sending and receiving processing,e-government contacts management etc.The functions of the system is confirmed,such as approval documents,handle affairs,receive notifications,see schedule,internal mail and other functions.The system designed based on client / server architecture and MVC model,system architecture including user interface module,data processing module and data access module.The system is divided into six modules.including e-government contacts,work flow,document management,announcement,notification,personal office.SQLite engine is used for data storage,and the important fields is encrypted.The XML data format and Pull parser is applied for data interaction between the client and the server.Encryption and dynamic password is applied in the login module to ensure data security.Finally,the main function of mobile e-government OA client is realized on Android smart phones,and the system test and application release are carried out.According to the effect of the mobile e-government OA client using by administrative personnel,indicates that the modules of the client network access,government contacts,flow process,and software update can run normally.Making full use of the characteristics of smart phones,and encrypting important data storage and transmission,this thesis achieved a safe and convenient mobile e-government OA client,the efficiency of the administrative government office is effectively improved.
