Rf Power With Impedance Automatic Matching Technology

The radio frequency power source is a kind of special high frequency power source, and they are widely applied in the electronics industry, wireless communication, modern medical service, petroleum chemical industry and environmental equipment. The radio frequency power source is important attribute of equipment and system's performance. Now, The radio frequency power source based on the electron tube technology is used widely, some question of this kind of power source influence radio frequency equipment's application, for example, short cycle, low accuracy, poor automation. The automatic match control technology based on high efficiency semiconductor device and microprocessor is the popular research project.Based on radio frequency power source's principle and development present situation, the thesis proposed a new way, which combined the ARM MPU and high efficiency semiconductor device. This electrical power system is composed of the radio frequency power source and the impedance matching unit, this paper design a class E RF switching power supply, it can produce 1KW CW of RF output at 13.56MHz. The simulated software ORCAD realizes simulation research of the main circuit, and studies different parameters affects properties of the radio frequency power source. Furthermore, in terms of the analytical results, the paper design driver, amplifier and optimize circuit. Based on the ARM MPU, we design a Automatic Impedance Matching System, to achieve detection of capacitance, step motor driving, adjustment of capacitance parameters; design reflection coefficient Sampler, to achieve Real-time Sampling of reflection coefficient; design man machine operation interface, to achieve Keyboard Control and LED displaying; put forward a automatic impedance matching algorithm, and experiments show that it can achieve acquire the ideal effect of matching, lay a solid foundation for the application of the new solid radio frequency power source.
