| Prison, as a government organ to execute penalty, undertakes responsibilities from punishing and transforming criminals to preventing and reducing crimes, and plays an important role in terms of consolidating state power, sustaining stability of our society and ensuring the process of reform and opening and socialist modernization. The concept of prison informatization emerged as the advent of information highway, and information technology is very popular in prisons. After years of development, the informatization construction of Beijing Prison Authority has formed a wide range of informatization applications which cover varieties of working platforms from C/S to B/S, generating a great deal of data. As a result, when the principal needs some information, staffs have to log on each system to get data or compile a lot analysis materials using old reports, which greatly decreased the application efficiency of information resources. In order to make full and efficient application of separated data resources, Beijing Prison Authority adapted the informatization construction strategy timely, managed the data resources as a whole, constructed uniform data exchange platform:Intelligent Integrated Information Analysis System (IIIAS).The research of the IIIAS includes the intelligent analysis system of the prison administration and the decision support system for prison leaders. Java programming language was used to construct the whole system, Visual Basic Adodc control was used to execute different processing of the databank, SQL Server 2000 was used to construct databank and support the databank application, and XML tech and SAOP protocol was used to execute data exchange outward.The IIIAS realized the interconnection and intercommunication and resource sharing, and improved the overall development of information construction in Beijing Prison Authority... |
