China's ADR monitoring system also has limitations at this moment, the number of ADR reporting and types of drugs is growing continually, large amounts of data in the database, resulting in not only the work efficiency of ADR reporting of each province is inefficient, statistical analysis is difficult, the results are not precise, but also lacking of multi-level, multi-angle analysis and evaluation,the lowly availability and other issues to the case report.This topic is based on the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System total platform technology architecture and as a data source of the provincial data in ADR system, using Microsoft business intelligence technologies (business intelligence, BI) platform,to form the adverse drug reactions multidimensional data analysis model and the data mining model for Food and Drug Administration to provide the Food and Drug Administration with multi-level, multi-angle intelligent data analysis of adverse drug reaction(ADR) for decision-making. The main work of this thesis is:1. The implementation of data preprocessing and data normalization, including: adverse drug reaction reports, submitted to the critical information in the database, the establishment of data standard rules library and the implementation of data Integration.2. To realize the data mining processing for all kinds of events and information of adverse drug reactions collected by provincial ADR center through various content data mining and other multi-dimensional analysis methods including:analysis of dangerous drugs, comparative analysis of grouping, individual analysis, correlation analysis of factors,etc.3. To realize the multi-dimensional analysis of information of various reports, summary statistics, Instant Enquiry, multidimensional signal detection, multi-dimensional early warning, multi-dimensional graphics display, multi-format data conversion.4. Develop a variety of summary statistics and analysis, to assist provincial Adverse Drug Reaction Center's leadership and business analysts completing reporting, statistical analysis, business decisions and other aspects of the work of the data analysis module.This topic comes from the Guangdong Science and Technology items:the development and application of Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring provincial information management system.
