With the rapid development of China's rail transportation, subway has become a very important transport in evryday life.However,the seeurity incidents in railway station platform happen one after another, meanwhile,operating the rail transportation cosumes enormous energy.The Railway Station PSD(Platform Screen Door) System,whose structure that connects with the platform,solves the problems of either security or consumption perfectly. Therefore,PSD System has become one of the hottest issues in the development of rail transportation.As the critical part of the PSD system,the control system of PSD has been widely used.The main work in this paper is to develop a control system which has both the motor control and the PSD logic control.And a research on the implementation methods of the hardware and software for the PSD control system has been given.In this paper,the design of the PSD control system's hardware,which includes the power module,the control module and the drive module has been made.The control module put the microcontroller LPC2129, produced by PHILIPS,as the core of it.And in the control module input and output interface circuit,communication circuit,external memory circuit and watchdog circuit has been designed. The core of the drive module is the Altera's complex programmable logic device EPM2410T100.The drive module has inverter drive circuit with three-phase,over-current protection circuit, speed-position detection circuit etc.Based on the LPC2129 ARM7 controller, PSD control task program has been designed in this paper, including sefl-learning of door width parameters program, anti-extrusion program, door opening/closing process control program, CAN bus communication program and PID algorithm program etc.In this paper, the anti-extrusion function of the PSDsystem has been achieved by detectiving the armature winding current, with the use of the relationship among motor armature winding current,motor torque and motor speed.And a communication network system based on CAN bus has been designed to finish the system monitoring function.Using fractional differential incremental PID algorithm to conduct closed-loop feedback control of the door speed,made the system run smoothly.Practice has proved that the control system is stable and has high precision, it's able to meet the need of current promotion applications.
