Data transmission is the main bridge for computer and outside, it also is an important way for people to obtain low-level informations in the industrial fields. With the rapid development of the 3C technology that represents computer technology, People presents the higher requirements for the acquisition and transmission technology. Data acquisition and transmission system in the industrial fields not only has a simple data collection and transmission functions, but also requires a high-precision, high transmission speed, good real-time performance, high reliability and strong anti-interference ability and can analyse the data, judgment and display function. Based on the above requirements, this thesis presents and realizes the application of CANBus in the data acquisition and transmission system, uses bluetooth module to acquire signal and uses CANBus to transmit.As to the hardware, this thesis used MCF52259 Microcontroller of the Freescale corporation to control the module of CANBus and bluetooth. According to the actual application, this thesis also designed the module of keyboard and display. Because of MCF52259 with embedded CANBUS controller, so it can improve the system of anti-disturbance ability, this thesis used TJA1050 of the Phlips corporation as bus transceiver. Bluetooth module used BC219159 chip as bluetooth core; measuring node used MC9S08QG8 microcontroller of the Freescale corporation;data acquisition technology used MAX 187 equipment for A/D conversion.As to the software, this thesis used the Code Warrior of the Freescale corporation integrated development environment. Firstly, this thesis programmed and realized CANBus and bluetooth module. Secondly, the uC/OS-Ⅱoperating system is transplanted to micropeocessor MCF52259. Fially, this thesis put the data collected to upload after judge and analysis.The test result displays structure and performance of this system and reaches the design requirements, this also proves that the method is feasible. This thesis provides an effective program for data collection and transmission with a high requirement in each industry, so it can be used in many fields.
