Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of science and technology,the microwave spectrum is increasingly unable to meet the widespread application of modern technology in the military and civilian fields.Infrared and optical systems have also received great restrictions in the complex external environment,thus promoting the field of millimeter waves.In the study,8mm wave radar technology also developed rapidly.The design,analysis of the 8mm radar speed measurement system,has a certain practical value.Based on the analysis of the status quo at home and abroad,this paper designs a set of 8mm Doppler radar speed measurement system.It mainly includes 8mm wave antenna,millimeter wave front-end oscillator,mixer and doubler module.This article first determines the specific parameters of each part of the system.A body effect diode was designed as the oscillator tube of the oscillator,and the circuit system of the oscillator was set up,achieving an oscillation frequency of 13.5 to 20 GHz;The single balanced mixer and frequency doubler module are designed,and the ADS software is used to simulate the principle of each module.It ensures that the single balanced mixer can convert the received signal into the easy processing low frequency signal,and the frequency doubler can produce the corresponding magnification of the input signal;A signal conditioning module for strong interference Doppler echo signals is designed,and the multi-stage amplification design is emphasized to realize the function of suppressing noise and amplifying the useful signal by 1-10dB.Through the simulation of 8mm Doppler radar speed measurement system,the feasibility of the design scheme was verified.After completing the physical modules of each module,the system function is verified and verified by field test.
