In view of the requisition of current portable analysis apparatus and it's information processing functions,based on the OMAP5912,the text studyed the key technologies of information fusion technology,and then designed a new system of portable analysis apparatus. The system uses ARM core processor of dual-core OMAP5912 chip for completing functions of front-end signal acquisition,display,control,and so on,and uses DSP core processor for running programs of information fusion technology. Therefore, the system has higher capabilities of real-time data processing.In course of the study of information fusion technology,in this paper, we selected Vector Power Spectrum Analysis techniques and Full Information Wavelet Analysis techniques as research objects for smooth signal and non-stationary signals separately thereinto, Vector Power Spectrum Analysis techniques is a new information fusion technology,proposed by fusing the traditional power spectrum analysis technology and Vector Spectrum.Comparing with the traditional power spectrum analysis technology, the Vector Power Spectrum which fused the energy information of multi-channel,reflects more comprehensive information;The Full Information Wavelet Analysis techniques which decomposed dual-channel signals information firstly,and then fused these information by Vector Spectrum technology.Thereby,The Full Information Wavelet Analysis techniques obtained more comprehensive information on the rotor by fusing the information of the same section on the level of data.In order to speed up the study of key technology of information fusion technology ,the text used OSK5912 development board for insteading of OMAP5912 as the hardware carrier.we use C language and assembly language mixed programming techniques to write the corresponding information fusion process, and processed data collected by the data acquisition module,then draw the corresponding waveform diagram and then as a basis for machine fault diagnosis.To verify the correctness of fault diagnosis of machinery, the text used the Matlab and ccslink to build communications platform for CCS in the Matlab environment. In the platform called data from DSP nuclear,processed and draw the corresponding waveform diagram,and then compared the waveform diagram, then determined whether or not the process of information systems is correct. we can see that the results of two methods to deal with the exception of some differences in accuracy in the diagnosis of mechanical failure is consistent. In course of the design of portable analysis apparatus ,in this paper, we divided the hardware and software application System into three basic functional modules: data acquisition module, data processing module and the main control module. The system completed front-end data acquisition by data acquisition module,processed the data by data processing module, and then completedthe fault diagnosis,display and interactive functions by the main control moduleIn this paper, the relevant work has been verified on OSK5912 board, software and hardware can run normaly. In conclusion all we do has laid a solid foundation for function of the portable analysis apparatus further expansion and portable devices product of analysis apparatus.
