The application of speech signal processing comes to be a great convenience for people's lives these days.Meanwhile,more and more use of portable electronic product refers to many places in social lives,so the study of embedded speech signal processing is very useful. There are many kinds of embedded chips,for example singlechip,ARM which can be used with OS,DSP which is usful for digital process.OMAP chip,which includes DSP and ARM is used in this paper.This paper includes hardware platform and software application.First embedded application platform is built.Then,The paper studies some contents of speech signal processing by programming and transplanting the program to embedded development board.(1)The paper constructs embedded development systerm which takes OMAP as hardware platform and Linux as OS.The paper also studies dual-core application and analyses DSP gateway which is designed for dual-core communication.(2)The paper mainly refers to speech enhancement,speech feature extraction and speech recognition.In the paper,speech enhancement is based on spectral subtraction which is effective in reducing noise.The minimum tracking method is used to estimate the value of noise;speech feature used in the paper is ZCPA;speech recognition used in the paper is RBF which is one of ANN ways.In the paper, the application of Makefile reduces the compilation complexity of programme.
