According to the structural characteristic and working principle and on the basis of the existing practices and theoretical- calculated formulas, diagrams and design manuals, we exploited the design selection system of Belt conveyor of corrugated sidewall. This technique uses three-dimension CAD design software SolidWorks as its development platform, applies VisualC++ programming technology and Access database management technology comprehensively and with the help of SolidWorks API powerful second developing function to exploit the three-dimension design system of the Belt conveyor of corrugated sidewall. The ADO technology of accessing to the database can establish the database, read the date, scan the data. At the same time, original parameters, procedure parameter, results and lectotype results of the parts showed on the program interface make it convenient for users to check. This topic research and develops the software realized the three-dimensi onal design of Belt conveyor of corrugated sidewall, and for the following engineering plat production, the project analysis has laid the foundation, sped up the design progress, improved the design quality and the efficiency.
