At present, more and more belt conveyers are developing in the dire- ction of long-distance, high-speed, high-power and being able to adapt to the complex terrain. The traditional belt conveyor design analysis software focused on the static design can not meet the current market demand. So it becomes more and more important to research and develop belt conveyor design analysis software which can focus both on static analysis and especially dynamic characteristics . It will solve many complex dynamics problems in a more convenient and economically method. It is also of great significance in reducing economic losses brought by design errors in practical application. It is an indispensable step in the research of belt conveyer producing process for modern industrial enterprises.The thesis development adopts Microsoft . NET platform , Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and C # programming language , which greatly facilitate the design of user-friendly interface and programming data calling. The process starts by invoking Matlab7.0 MathWorks functions and executing emulation calculation, then outputs characteristic curve of associated components ;By introducing GDI + ,it presents designers an intuitionistic two- dimensional map of the overall system layout , realizes graphics inter- active features; By using SQL Server 2005 and XML, it sets up a standard parameter library for various conveyers .The software consists of 5 major modules: parameter library management module, static analysis module , dynamic analysis module , model statements management module and graphics module. It can be used to analyze static and dynamic features of various belt conveyers, calculate quantitative terms of components, output the result of static analysis, predict and optimize the dynamic features of conveyers and then output dynamic analysis and comprehensive evaluation.The thesis has the following features. First, software development is based on the popular idea of component-based development and the concept of service-oriented architecture . The software has been modulorized as much as possible.It provides many supports for similar software.the approaches of the module,by the deployment of Web Services Project,are called by URL very easily. In the Similar software development process ,if software developers call these methods , to shorten the software development time, cost savings in its development.Comparing with the previous similar software at home and abroad , it is a major feature . Second, on the basis of software engineering knowledge and development of this software, it explores in-depth study on the idea of component-based development and the concept of service-oriented architecture .And as concepts and theories of internetware ,reduced by academician YangFuQing.The thesis proposed three-tier structure and test technology of internetware realization.In turn, the studies also guided the software practice,that is, as far as possible components of functional modules. Third, the software integrates many domestic and foreign belt conveyer design standards and forms a special parameter component (also known as the selection of its components) . Engineers can use the software ,regardless of using other the standard, and also study same object using different standards, comparative analysis of the results will help improve belt conveyor system's final result and improve the software's availability. Fourth,The belt conveyor design and analysis integration by interface designe, the staff for Comprehensive design and analysis has been facilitated.
