The staff deployment and evaluation system of the mine rail transportmaintenance site is the product in the field of railway safety transportation monitoring,that including the application of computer technology, information transmissiontechnology, rail transport technology and control technology and other technologies.The system had a very important role in the protection of the safe transport of coal andimproving production efficiency and rail transportation equipment. The staffdeployment and evaluation system of the mine rail transport maintenance site had beengenerally composed of several parts:1. The dispatch center which included application software, computer and externaldevices.2. The site information transmission apparatus which included the transmissioninterface, information acquisition, recording apparatus, transfer box.3. Personnel assessment records and perform device which included fingerprintmachine, operating records, trip recorder.Specifically, the mine railway transport site maintenance staff to mobilize andassessment system command scheduling and attendance appraisal system on the minerailway transport employees.The total running processes of system had been composed of two parts by thePersonnel module and scheduling module. The station segment with site personnelworking time and working state had been summarized to the personnel informationmanagement system. The two parts of the personnel information and personneloperating information had been recorded, and had summary data into a comprehensivedatabase. The leadership of the company would reach information management anddecision-making.The system had using a unified modeling tools (UML, Unified modeling Language)to investigate rail transport staff scheduling process and employee appraisal process todefine user participation, and analysis of the needs of the users. The system is requiredto have the functionality and system development framework. The characteristics of the system and user had been designed, and had been divided into three technicalarchitecture of the modern mainstream of the presentation layer, business applicationlayer and data storage layer. These three layers had not only logically independent, butalso can be deployed as needed to a different machine, that will ensure the stability andthe stability of the system. The system had been implemented based on technicallyspring, MVC framework, the programming language Java and JSP JavaScript. Thesystem had been designed by using XML configuration, Hibernate, Ajax. Somemodules had been designed, such as employees’ basic information managementfunctions, attendance management functions, payroll management function andschedule management function. This thesis had detailed descript the system fromtranscending designing, class structural designing, database designing, that would getthe design class, database model, code design and technology analysis for the system.This thesis had used the J2EE technology framework, design, analysis andimplementation of staff scheduling and assessment management system, basically thecommand and dispatch employees with information management function module,while achieving the employees attendance appraisal function, system function has beentested and found to comply with the running of the software system requirements,improve the mine rail transport maintenance scheduling management of the site staffhas a certain research value.
