The field bus supports distributed control and real time control, but misfits long distance transmission; With the elevated certainty, real-time performance and intrinsically safe performance, industrial Ethernet has become more and more prevalent in industry control field. Mine Track Transport Monitoring System is a key component of Coal Mine Safety Monitoring System, but the existent monitoring systems have the short comings of low transmission rate, and poor flexibility and at the same time can not transfer images and other information, therefore, a design based on industrial Ethernet and Field bus architecture Mine Track Transport Monitoring System has the applicable value.Consider the demand of coal mine monitoring equipment, this paper established the network structure which adopt the wireless communication technology of industrial Ethernet, the CAN Bus and the ZigBee based on the analysis of communication technology that often used in the industrial control network. The hardware circuits of the CAN-Ethernet gateway, the Dynamic signal station and the Mobile signal station were designed; The routing scheme about wireless communications of Mobile signal station and the software about a Dynamic signal station and the Mobile signal station were designed ,it has achieved the reliable communication between Dynamic signal station and Mobile signal station; Developed the addressing method for the Ethernet; Analyzed and calculated the largest delay of the Ethernet communication theoretically; Analyzed the largest message delay of the CAN nodes that has the lower priority and introduced the upgrade method of dynamic priority in sending program of CAN, consequently the maximum delay of the lower priority CAN node can be identified according to the requirement of delay; Finally the anti-jamming measures of software and hardware in the system were discussed, and validated the function and performance in the laboratory environment.The industrial Ethernet, CAN bus and ZigBee wireless communication technology are integrated into the system and play their respective advantages, the system has had the desired effect.
