The water treatment processing controll technique is an assurance in water supply,mainly includes the hurl of the medicine to add and the anti-flush of the filter.The controls of adding alum,water level and pressure are long lag,non-linear process,it is diffcult to establish their exactitude model.So, the tradition PID control can not make good effect.Many water works still operated by manual,and the water quality is unsteadiness.Along with intelligent control particular fuzzy control widely used in industy,put the intelligent control in water treatment processing is a task that deserved to reasearch.This paper researched the intelligent control of water treatment,based on the analysis and study of existingly water treatment control,we put forward projects of improvement and innovatation:1 Investigated and researched many advanch water works.Learned their water treatment technology and designed an appropriate intelligent control programe to ChangSha 2th water work.2 Follwing in-depth researched in addling alum system,we designed a new system that included the turbidity and flow of the source waters.And combined fuzzy control with self-adapt control,let it controlled the frequency of metering pump.It is not only achieved to make the adding alum system completely automatic,and can obtain to compare good of economy alum result.3 Put fuzzy control used in water level control system and constant hydraulic pressure water supply system.It solved the problem of water level and pressure fluctuate frequently.Combine the ChangSha 2ed water work engineering,this paper will be analyse the research and practise that we do in the water treatment, and introduce the water work's automatic control system intelligent control.
