Logging Simulator Hardware System Design And Implementation

Virtual Reality (VR) is one of important techniques in computer advanced skillful field, it can serve for many fields, such as Spaceflight, Medicine, Special training, Campaign rehearsing, Shopping and Architecture ,etc. Although VR is not mature now, it has been applied to practice in abroad, and it does need a longtime to use VR practically in a large scale. By using the training system, the traditional teaching model of master worker-to-apprentice and teacher-to-student was altered. By using lifelike substitutes of real objects, setting up dynamics model and joining certain mutual operation, trainees can make exact imitation in dangerous environment.This paper studied the technologic characteristics and implementation of training system, and confirmed the approach to realize the training system. The paper regarded the practical working process of test technology division of Daqing Oilfield as a model, and realized a complete logging simulator with training and examining by taking Programmable Logic Controller and Distributed Control System technology as hardware development kit. The article in detail narrated the analogous system hardware design proposal, analyzed the gathered parameters and the methods which were realized, and selectively introduced control principle and the process of control realization of switch quantity, the simulation quantity parameter in the winch simulation module, the ground gathering system module of hardware system. In addition, the article introduced the principle and the realization method by using the DAQ2501 data acquisition card to simulate waveform of oil well logging scene. In the end, the paper shows the improvement available in the system and expects the prospect of process system training simulator.
