Logging Simulator Software System Design And Realization

There were some problems in well logging spot through reviewing. The effect of training was not perfect and the result of testing was not exact. These problems resulted in the waste of labor and material resources. Aiming at the PL2000 well logging ground equipment which was developed by technique service company in Daqing oilfield, software system of well logging simulator was developed with technologies of computer simulation, network, database with well logging. The system gained end of improving efficiency of training and testing for well logging.The system included software and hardware development environment, design frame, function division. Based on detailed design, the system was divided into two subsystems: teacher system and simulator system.The teacher system was operated by the manager, and was responsible for training and testing of wellhead labors, winchman and operators. It managed the information of examinee and caused graph machine demonstrate animation by corresponding with graph machine. The simulator system was operated by the operator. It simulated well logging craft software in the PL2000 equipment, implemented important functions which are scale division, drawing curves, real-time print, playback, and carried on data transmission with teacher system in test pattern.Through testing and analyzing the result of software system of well logging simulator, it achieved effect of simulation, and met the demand training and testing of well logging worker.
