Together with the rapid development of modern science and technology, the widely application of computer technology has been becoming one of the vital symbols in information society. And the computer application abilities develop into the basic skills for present scientific-technical personnel, also the composition of knowledge structure for present collegians. What is more, computer technology is introduced into educational field, which will be to push on the reform and progress of different disciplines, and change the traditional blocked educational system for different majors. Also that will do goodness for resetting courses and enriching teaching contents. Last but not the least, it will create excellent conditions for cultivating talents with strong inventive power. Experiment is the essential part in teaching; hence, computer auxiliary test teaching has the special significance.The strong features for incoming computer in test teaching are the ones in the following.First, it develops the contents of traditional tests and adds many tests that could not be conducted by traditional ways.Secondly, it enhances the accuracy of tests.Thirdly, it greatly gears up the speed of both measuring and processing data in tests, so the time could be saved for teachers and also students and, that way provides some fresh data analysis approaches.Fourthly, because it combines the figures with test operations, it profits the detailed observation and analyses on the test objects. Not only can students advance their researches, but also can they further master the computer skills.Transmission of sap pressure and air pressure is one important compulsory course for both enginery and machine-electrical students in science colleges or universities. In that course with high demand of practice, hydraulic pressure test is needed; in fact, it can take up a great proportion in teaching. Therefore, the computer auxiliary test skill is introduced into that course teaching, which assumes the realistic meaning.This issues is attempted to improve the PLC control system based on theestablishing QCS014 hydraulic pressure teaching experiment device, also develop the system of data collecting and image processing by visual C++6.0. Then to come true the computer control for experiment device and output test curves as well as the performance of hydraulic system. The following main tasks will be finished in this paper.1. Developing the hydraulic pressure experiment device oriented-computer control.2. Meliorating original circuit system and further improving PLC procedures.3. Fulfilling data collecting skill by computers and developing the serial communication procedures.4. Applying visual C++6.0 to develop the utility program to trace the real-time curves in outputting experiments and relative curves as well as analyze the performance of sap pressure.When accomplishing all those tasks, the emphases are focused on the technical application of the data collecting and image output through computers developed with string communication procedure. Such man-computer alternation ways as the dialog box and menu skills have been taken in that system, which leads to the successful information exchange between man and computers. Finally that greatly benefits the test teaching.Computer auxiliary test is turning into the new tide in teaching with humorous potential demand. Without any doubt, the application of computer skill in test teaching will widely boost the new achievement for modern teaching.
