During coal-cutting,hydraulic support is mainly used to ensure the process of mining continuous and hydraulic valve is the key control components.Hydraulic valve is designed for higher pressure and larger capacity.However,hydraulic valve must be performance tested prior to application.As a useful measure,test-rig for hydraulic valve is developed and it will push hydraulic support forward.Because of personal factors,traditional test system is hard to ensure the test accuracy and can not meet the need of measurement.Computer aided testing system's appearance marks coming of testing computerization period and it is the direction of hydraulic testing system.Based on electro-hydraulic technology,computer control system of test-rig for hydraulic valve is used to carry on performance test on the whoie hydraulic system,according to the testing standard with computer and sensor.This paper designed system solution of test-rig and schematic diagram of hydraulic system modularly.The system was made up of six module and it adopted PLC to carry out automatic operation.The controlling part included hardware and software design.Meanwhile,sensor played an importang role to collect and display the testing data and curve.Finally,the paper maka communication of PLC and computer come true based on VB progrom and the serial port communication protocol.
