Pdm System Based On Com + Research And Implementation Of Document Management,

PDM system is a large-scale software that manages enterprise's product data and processes, its implementation can resolve the problem that enterprise hardly manage the product data, thus improve product design efficiency and quality. At present, the mainstream PDM system used modular approach development, software development and maintenance costs are relatively high, beyond the scope of small and medium-sized enterprise afford. PDM Enablers' issue and sofaware reuse technology's appearance make PDM system's components development possible. The function similar modules using COM+ technology developed can reuse or replace between the different PDM systems. Re-development of a new PDM system can be assembled directly existing functional modules, and do not need to start from beginning. This developing method can improve the software reuse degree, thus reduced software's development and the maintenance cost. The main task of this paper is using COM+ technology to develop PDM system which is suit for the small and medium-sized enterprise, and realize the enterprise product data scientific management using PDM system.The paper analyzed insufficiency of the present mainstream PDM product development way, pointed out the necessity of introducing component technology to develop PDM system; Based on the small and medium-sized enterprise local area network environment, unified the COM+ component technology to propose the PDM system's network model, established Huizhi PDM system's main body frame; Discussed role-based rights management mechanism and documents management model, constructed the PDM system's data vault with database technology and file transfer technology, elaborated concrete steps of developing COM+ component, realized the function of system management and documents management in PDM; Developed the technology of DWG graphic file data automatically import into databse, this file universal used in enterprise, avoids the tedious work that a large number of product data import into PDM database by hand, improve the accuracy of product data storage. The data managed in PDM system included multiple format documents. In the Visual C + + development platform, paper realize many kinds of documents browing and examination depend on AutoVue control.Finally, taking an enterprise develops GDQ6 coupling product for example, narrated how to use the independent developed Huizhi PDM system to realize the enterprise product data scientific management and product collaborative design, enhance the product design efficiency and quality.
