It is simply structured, easily operated and especially suitable for the human resource center with vast amount of files inquires and files with abundant information involved.The electronic file management is designed by adopting Windows 2000,SQL Server 2000 database, Visual Studio .NET 2005 development environment and C# Language. File management has been transformed from the paper-based to the computer-based.Electronic file management has analyzed and designed the structure and function of modules of the file management system. This system, based on the environment of ASP.NET, utilized the SQL server database which, in turn, realized the inputting, inquire, edition, deletion and restoration of the employee information of the corporation.Electronic file management system has strictly followed the idea of software design engineering in many ways such as distribution and supply, system design, realization of the key functions, in order to maintain the safety and stability of the system during the operation. When applying ,it can significantly improve the working efficiency and get good result. |
