| With the rapid development of network and the continuous progress of technology, the generation and transmission of information become faster and faster, and people respond to information faster.However, government archives management of JD CⅡT, mainly rely on the traditional manual way, whether it is physical files, audio and video archives or electronic archives. It’s a waste of manpower, and statistical results are often inaccurate, so the informatization of the application system is very important for archives management of JD CⅡTThis paper summarizes the research result on the design of government archives management systems at home and abroad.It starts from the overall demand of JD CUT archive management system, with detailed analysis of JD City Public Information Committee records management, including the business needs and performance requirements on data collection, data processing, data utilization.Then, according to the needs of the system function module and database design, it explores the pattern of redevelopment of archive data, with the integration of user login, user information management, records management information update, file archive management, records management.Finally, it’s realized by ADO.NET, SQL SERVER 2008 and Visual Basic and tested in Win 7 system environment.The main significance of this paper is to improve the current status of record management of JD CUT based on the combination of the current status and demand, and finally realize the digitalization and informatization of record management of JD city. |
