Dso Software Design Based On Dual-core Processor Bf561 Key Technologies

As widely used instruments in electronic measurement, the oscilloscope is in everywhere. With the high speed development of the electronic technology, the digital oscilloscope with more powerful ability of measurement have taken place of the analog oscilloscope, and become the Mainstream oscilloscope. Because of more and more test case need to do, the engineers want the oscilloscope can do more things and more effective in the same time.As the heart of a digital oscilloscope, MCU is the key for the performance of the oscilloscope.This paper is focus on"the research for the critical software of a 2GSPS digital oscilloscope based on Dual-core processor BF561". The reference digital storage oscilloscopes (DSO) in this design is based on a Dual-core processor BF561 as the MCU, it is a powerful Symmetrical Multi-Processing (SMP) processor. But because it is a new series product, there are no not lots of resource about this chip.In this paper, the author engages in the research of critical software design for a digital oscilloscope, include the mainframe of firmware designing of 2GSPS digital oscilloscope, including the mainframe design, the method of how to make a project for Dual-core processor in VDSP and the resources'allocating of BF561, discussing the method of the design and implement the BSP software of DSO, design and implement In-system Programming out-chip flash of DSO. Design and implement the display method with TFT LCD of DSO, design and implement driver for the peripheral equipment. The mainframe of firmware designing of 2GSPS digital oscilloscope, BSP design, ISP design, and the Ethernet interface module are the most important in the paper.The design described in this paper has been implemented successfully in a 2Gsps DSO.
