Two main parts are proposed in this paper based on the condition order. The design of two types of Low Noise Amplifer (LNA) including how to test the electric parameters are introduced in the first part. A basing on cross coupled structure novel microstrip bandpass filter is introducted in the second part. The noise figure of a microwave and millimeter-wave systems basically lie on the noise of a front amplifier, so the Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) play critical roles for the receiving system. In the first part of the paper, the millmeter-wave LNA is designed, it is base on wide band millimeter-wave Microwave Monolithic Integrated Circuit (MMIC) that can be bought from overseas, the K-connection is uesed in the input and output ports, and the Stabilivolt part which is uesd on the bias of the MMIC is also designedIn this part, the LNA theory and chose of the MMIC is introducted, at first the theory of including the LNA stability, the gain, the matching network are all proposed clearly, and some usual LNA structures are also introducted, such as distributed amplifer, balanced amplifer. at last an accurate measured conclusion is given including the G,the gain flatness, the noise figure and so on.A microwave low-noise amplifer based on HEMT device used in X wave-band is proposed in the forth chapter. By adoptingπmatching network and gain equalizer on in-output port, HEMT'snoise figure is minumized, and G of meeting the requirement, AC circuit transformed by DC feeding circuit analyzed and RF signal of DC port isolated by using radial stub structure. In the process of design, emulate softwave ADS used in RF circuit is adopted to designed optimize the amplifier systemmatically. In the last chapter a novel cross-coupled bandpass filter(BPF)based on the flute resonator is proposed in this paper. Due to the adoption of the same new configuration of coupling coefficient, the distance between the two loops is clearly shortened, which offers BPF an advantage of miniaturization. The configuration is characterized by a higherQ factor by introducing two transmission zeros in the transfer-function. Through the analysis of electromagnetic software CST to achieve the structural parameter of the coupling coefficient of this configuration, the band-pass filter used in X waveband is designed。...
