In this paper , The millimeter Low Noise Amplifier in this paper used in the input and output waveguides , and can be sealed .We first introduced three different structure waveguide probe of the Ka-band waveguide-to-microstrip transition, they are all done with coaxial probe.Waveguide cavity and the LNA cavity connected to places not seamless, they are sealed structure of the transition .Secondly, Millimeter-wave LNA gain was analyzed. To compensate for gain flatness, the ADS software design with a power equalizer .The use of three different structures transition to experiments, Summed up with easy machining, easy to achieve, easy loading and unloading, low VSWR and the transition can be sealed. The characteristic of the LNA designed and manufactured is——frequency range: 26.5GHz ~ 35GHz , gain:≥15dB , gain flatness:ΔG≤4dB , noise figure: N f≤5dB , VSWR: S < 2.2 , P? lout≥10dBm.With the coaxial probe, we make the millimeter Amplifier pressurize .At last, we extend the frequency range to the whole Ka-band, and it conducted research and analysis, then we have proposed improvement measures .
