In The Dynamic Environment Monitoring System Database Design And Data Mining

SMART monitoring improves the efficiency of daily maintenance work as an important intelligent monitoring management tools in recent years. Nowadays standardization is the major focus of dynamic environment centralized monitoring system. Because each manufacturer have particularity of monitoring system and the variety of the equipment, there do not have astandardcan be performed in order to use for establishing monitoring system. In this paper, the monitoring system database configuration of standard processes and methods is discussed and evaluated which based on experience of engineering practical and combined with the daily maintenance skills. The system performance also got improved by the monitoring data mining.Human factors can interference database configuration in different ways, such as database information no unified and low efficiency system. The optimization program, which is designs first, summary, template configuration, and repeated proofreading, can minimize the consequences of interference with human factors and reduce the use of the database in space. In addition, it can improve the running speed by advancing standardization, integrity, practicality and stability of monitoring system.The analysis of post-monitoring historical data is quite difficult and the workload is usually heavy. All these problems can be solved through the collection and classification of the historical data which results in a scientific setting of the alarm delay and a reasonable set of equipment alarm linkage as well. In addition this leads to an effective reduction of historical alarms and improvement of the fault tolerance and accuracy of the monitoring system. The monitoring system runs in good condition after the optimization. Therefore this optimization is worth of being promoted.
