The meteorological science is one of scientific branches which apply computer and network technology very early.In recent years,the meteorological data transmitted by network increased quickly.With the increasement of the types of Automatic Weather Station and the frequences of observation,the types and magnitude of data which are transmitted through network increase greatly,and frenquency of transmission increases too.So it's important to monitor the operation of the automatic weather station,the upload of data and the intime report of the malfunction,and to manage and estimate the operation quality of the automatic weather stations.The transmission of the output of numerical forecast model,the monitoring of the communication circuit and data server are also important parts of routine work.Based on the needs above mentioned and combined with past work,using ASP.NET,SQL Server data base,Microsoft IIS,I exploited a integrated real-time monitor system.This system applied B/S software architecture to meteorological data monitoring system,users can use browser to search and display meteorological data.The main functions of this system include:Real time monitoring and quality control of the operation state of automation weather stations;monitoring the transmission of data;monitoring the data server;generating automatic weather station maintaining log;managing the operation of automatic weather station;data searching.This thesis first introduces the exploitation background and designing concept, including mainly systematically feasibility analysis,function design,database design, system frame etc.In the system realization part,it mainly introduces several important function modules and a few main windows and procedure.Finally it introduces the tested result and the author's experiences in developing process in the software.
