This paper discusses about the design and implementation of a system that using wireless signal communication to measured and calculated antenna tilt degree of the weather radar, which is based on the current status of the work of measuring antenna tilt degree in the country and the city Leshan.This system is designed to solve problems which comes out from the measurement of radar and radar antenna. In traditional way, operator should climb to the top of radar to measure the angle of antenna with a set of measurement tools. It’s dangerous and inconvenience. With this system, these jobs can be done more safe and easy. It can use an installed electronic level and a set of wireless communicate system.The main functions of the system contains using the electrolevel to measure the gradient of the weather radar’s antenna, wireless transmission of measurement in Long distance, results storage, and 3D calculate result display function.This paper also discuss and put up a set of document to describe what the system looks like and what kind of technology can be used in developing the system, no matter the part of hardware or the part of software. In the state of detail design, this paper describe the detail of each module and the relationship between modules. The whole system is based on the Zigbee protocol stack, using Chip Si4432 to control the remote data communication. The system uses the JAVA programming language to build a fat client to achieve the the main domain logic, and a server with database to store the data and provide data to client Finally, the system build a 3D model of each measurement result to provide the result to the operator..In addition, the paper gives a systematic analysis of the main test case, test results, and based on this analysiscan the inadequacies in the system has been figured out which could be a guidance for the future works.
