With the development of computer and Opto-eletctonic detecting technology, Opto-eletctonic detecting technology based on CCD array is a newly appeared measurement technique. It has been applied in more and more fields, such as military, medical equipment and industrial automation, etc..The thesis researchs a solution to laser beam measurement by Opto-eletctonic detecting technology based on CCD array, And develops a software dedicated to such a measurement with the combination of CAD. The software can capture laser beam profile picture and translate the image to special form for further analysis in the dissertation, which involve beam detection algorithm, that laid the foundation for following work.The research background of this task and the research work is introduced in chapter one. Chapter two introduces the proposal of Laser Beam Quality Analysis System. Analysis of laser beam quality system design program and The specific design of each module in chapter three. The algorithm and experiment results are presented in chapter four and five in detail. The last chapter summarizes all the research work.The thesis introduces how to realize laser beam analysis software. The software, the most important part of the measurement system is introduced, which offers precisely computing and easily operating. In fact, it has great difficult for the design of the quality of the laser beam analyzer system, because the image digital date save in memory, it is difficult to design a algorithm to process the digital signal. There are large number of Beam parameters and algorithm of the Beam parameters, respectively ,the thesis introduces many methods of image process and programming. The arithmetic is applied in large numbers of experiments, and achieved the desirable results.In addition, the thesis introduces the basic concepts of OpenGL, and then the solution and the implement of the constructing and rendering of the 3D module are given. The effect of the measurement results of the entire software system is more intuitive by the module.In conclusion, the laser beam quality analysis system discussed in the thesis provides strong function to measure laser beam quality parameters. It accords with the trend of modern instrument development, and has a large application scale.
