The application of laser is more utilized has gone deep into spaceflight, avigation and military affairs or many other aspects in modern times. Developing the application of laser as stratagem to be placed on the project of many states. Laser Beam quality draw much attention, as one most important guide line of measuring laser quality. This dissertation summarizes some methods which have advantages and shortcomings of themselves to measure laser beam quality. Describing the theory of the laser beam focusing method and blue print by which the theory can come true. In allusion to the shortcomings of method named laser beam focusing, the dissertation bring forward some methods to improve the precision of measuring, for example image manage, Hyperbolic Fitting. The main achievements and innovative highlight in this dissertation as follows:(1) Founding optics measure system and getting the location of laser beam waist. Getting the result of laser beam quality by advantage functions offered by ISO. Ulteriorly, calculating the real laser beam factor through by lens transfers functions and getting more parameters of laser beam. Solving the problem about much intensity of laser reflects on saturation of CCD and CCD dynamic range is narrow.(2) Research the arithmetic in image manage field, for example, median filter and average image. The purpose of the research is to reduce the noise of systems, to get advantage result of laser beam quality measure.(3) Theoretically, curve fitting is based on least squares hyperbolic fit to data. In this dissertation bring forward a new method to improve the effect of curve fitting.It is useful to enhance precision of calculation.
