Wearable computer is a handfree mobile computing systems,which have such characterizations as wearablity,mobility,sustainability and human-computer close interaction and so on. Many research results have been used in the industrial,military and aerospace and other fields at home and abroad now.The wearable computer systems are all based on system-on-board technology now,and with the development of semiconductor technologys and the emergence of system-on-chip technologys,wearable computer based on system-on-chip technoglogys is the current development trend.In this paper,a wearable computer system model based on system-on-chip technology is need to be done by the 863 Project "wearable network dedicated terminal architecture and key technology research". The reason why only the wearable computer system-on-chip model is taking into account is that the research is a kind of exploratory research, and also taking into account the entire system-on-chip to carry out the research needs to face the following difficulties: First, the area of processor technology is monopolies and blockade; Second, the technology of most control modules is also unreleased and for the re-design of individual modules in limited time is almost impossible.Third,the knowledge about computers, microelectronics and IC design are needed. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to develop a wearable computer system model and its verification. The study can be used for the future of wearable computing chip system corresponding technical reserves and pave the way. The wearable computer system made by SOC is smaller and lower power consumption, better wearable and mobile than the traditional SoB wearable computer system.The paper starts from several existing platforms, namely to build a prototype computer system and booting the operating systems, but found all of them can not meet the requirements, so it is necessary to re-design from the bottom of system. According to the classic computer system components, the core is the processor that is designed to streamline the instruction set architecture, the design of 32-bit processor. Processor design in accordance with the basic functions of the first instruction sets to determine, according to the instruction register classification and coding instructions, and then designed based on coding datapath, datapath from the control signal combinations to complete the controller design, and ultimately complete the processor design, and passing a test platform to verify the correctness of the design. On this basis in order to design a processor of the computer systems at the core of the model, to pass the test platform to verify that this model can work properly.
