Liaohe Oilfield Integrated Monitoring System For Data Center Room Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of enterprise information, the computer room of data center has become the enterprise network centre, equipment concentration place and data centre and is playing a very important role in enterprise application and research, production management and operating management. The enterprise management level is paying more attention to enhance the infrastructure management of the computer room and ensure the environmental safety of the data centre room. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a comprehensive monitoring system in the data centre computer room to guarantee the normal operation and safety of the equipments of the computer room, improve operation and maintenance management of the computer room and reduce effects of artificial factors on the environment of the computer room.Based on the analysis of the present monitoring situation of the data centre computer room in Liaohe Oilfield Company, a comprehensive monitoring system is developed with a Giga TCP/IP network link established recently, including hardware design, software design and system deployment. In this way, a matured comprehensive monitoring system is formed with the features of compliance, stability, practicability and easier and more flexible network access of various service units and multi-monitoring points.In the thesis, buildup of the comprehensive monitoring system of the data centre computer room is analyzed and determined, the dynamic environment monitoring system, the door access management system and the video monitoring system included in the comprehensive monitoring system are mainly described and tasks, functions and requirements of the system are designed in detail respectively to define the key monitoring objects and monitoring points of each monitoring system, realize different monitoring, data sharing and unified management by the data centre and meet the requirements of the comprehensive monitoring system of the data centre computer room. The system now has been applied and deployed by units of Liaohe Oilfield Company and better results have been achieved.
