Study On The Long-Distance Video Monitoring System

In monitoring realm, the digital and network is a trend that can be extensively applied in telecommunication, power, transportation, bank, irrigation works, intelligence mansion etc. The video monitoring system can real-timely, visually, truly reflect the things that are supervised and controlled, and also can obtain the information of them, which increasing the efficiency of management and the level of official automatization. The digital video monitoring system is a new technique product that electronics technique, calculator technique, communication technique joining together with automatization technique and developing quickly. This thesis mainly analyses and studies the video monitoring system, and develops a system. This system is made up of four modules: video server hardware module, embed-ded software module, centre server software module, video server browser software module. The main study contents include several aspects hereinafter. First of all, with the research of all kinds of video monitoring software methods, it presents the method which has control centre. And the flow is direct access. Secondly, the paper provides the whole design architecture, and studies the design thought, system frame, working principle and software module dividing. Finally, the paper presents the implementation course of the video server browser software module, and studies the function of user management, hardware management, media data playing and memory management and communication management. The thesis's researching work mainly is designing and providing a long-distance video monitoring system. The design of system obtains a preferable fruit and achieves expectant aim.
