Design And Implementation Of The Health College Teaching Plan Management System

With the12th Five-Year Plan period, the development of vocational education and Health care system reform is deeply, the increasing scale of school, student enrollment increases year by year, various universities’ teaching management work also had some changes. Now for Tieling Health College has many teaching levels and its’ theory and practical teaching features, it makes the teaching management work difficult. In order to improve the quality of teaching management of Tieling Health College, improve efficiency, reduce related teachers work load and working strength to develop a comprehensive and efficient teaching plan management information system special for Tieling Health College is necessary.This paper mainly aims at the traditional manual teaching planning mode and semester teaching plan mode, low efficiency, large and repetitive work and humble mode of query are not enough timely and accurate information that affects the teaching program and other issues, was designed to generate and maintain the teaching plan management system. The paper first base on analysis the requirement of the Teaching Plan Management System, and then uses the Object Modeling Technology, ASP programming languages, SQL SERVER2000database and ADO technology to implement the functions of data input, teaching plan formulate, verify and inquire, designs the Teaching Plan Management System, solves the problems of the standardization and technology update in Teaching Plan Management.This system bases on the B/S Architecture and Core technology with ASP. It uses the Object Modeling Technology and completed the teaching plan management system of teaching initialization module design and implementation of the teaching program generated module, examining and approving teaching plan, teaching tasks allocation, user management module design and implementation. Software running test and experimental results show that the system is very performance in the functions of creating, compiling and querying the teaching plan, add, edit and submit execution plan and internships,the function to control the flow for the teaching plan check and approve, the function of automatically generating document and so on.
